If a Free Shipping option & a $16.00 shipping option shows up on check out, then select free shipping as your order has qualified for Free Shipping.
If 2 Free Shipping options show up on check out, select either, there is no difference.
Coupons
Shipping from Canada can be problematic, and there are some specific orders under $149 we can ship for less than the flat rate fee of $16.00, so we have set up a coupon system to try to help out with that. If there is a coupon listed for a particular product, then that product is eligible for the coupon. If there is no coupon listed for a product, then the product falls under the standard flat rate shipping guidlines.
The coupons are for very specific orders that can be fit into a single, smaller box so please click on the coupon to see the specific conditions for that coupon, and stick with it. Orders that are not exactly what the coupon calls for (no more, no less) will be cancelled, and all product will be returned to stock, with no guarantee it will be available for re-order since most of our product is limited production and no longer available. Damage Claims
Any claims of damage must be made with the shipper, as we are not responsible for damages incurred during shipping.
Returns
Please contact us for any return inquires. Unless we have shipped the wrong product, buyers are responsible for the shipping costs of all returns. A restocking fee may apply.
